First reply in 30 seconds · Real estate and clinics · Dubai

An enquiry arrives at 2:47 am.
By morning that person
has picked a competitor.

That is roughly half of all enquiries: while your team sleeps or stands at a viewing, the customer messages the next name on the list. SmartLead replies within thirty seconds — in their language, in their channel — finds out budget and timing, and hands your team someone already worth calling.

How it works

We plug it into your number. Customers start booking themselves

This is not a builder you have to learn. We set everything up around your business and stay on hand while the assistant works.

We connect your WhatsApp

The same number you use today, through the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. We load your prices, listings or treatment list and set the questions the assistant will ask.

It answers and qualifies

Under ten seconds, around the clock, in eight languages, text and voice notes. It answers only from your material, and sends a booking link once the customer is ready.

Your manager gets a warm lead

A card lands in your CRM: budget, timing, area or treatment, a short summary of the conversation. Anything tricky goes to a human in one tap.

What is inside

An assistant, a control room and a paper trail

Understands voice notes, replies with them too

In Dubai and Spain people send voice notes constantly. The assistant transcribes them and can answer the same way.

Eight languages, no setup

English, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, German, French, Hindi. The language is picked from the first message.

Human takeover in one tap

The customer asks for a person or gets frustrated, and you get a WhatsApp alert. Take the chat over from your phone; the assistant goes quiet.

Answers from your material only

Prices, listings, terms — whatever you uploaded. What is not there, it does not invent: it says it will check with the team.

Bookings and reminders

Calendar link, confirmation, reminders a day and two hours before. Fewer empty slots and no-shows.

Your CRM, no migration

Leads flow into Bitrix24, Salesforce or anything else through Zapier and Make. Or a one-click export to a spreadsheet.

Control

Your customer is never stuck alone with a bot

People hate chatbots for one reason: there is no way out. So this assistant hands the conversation over by itself, the moment it should.

  • The customer asks for a person — handed over immediately
  • The question is not in your material — it says so instead of guessing
  • The topic is sensitive — routed to your specialist
  • Nobody replies within fifteen minutes — we alert the owner
  • Your manager answers from a phone, as the company
  • Done — the conversation goes back to the assistant

What you see in the dashboard

Not promises — last week's numbers

Every Monday the owner gets an email with the same figures. If the assistant is not paying for itself, you see it immediately, without our commentary.

18

9.4 h

One month of a small agency's traffic. Your own numbers start on day one.

Who it is for

Two industries, one expensive problem

Real estate · UAE

Boutique agencies, 10–30 agents

A lead from Bayut or Property Finder costs between twenty and two hundred dollars. Half go cold while agents are out at viewings.

  • Finds out purpose, budget, area, timing, cash or mortgage
  • Answers questions about specific units from your inventory
  • Books the viewing into the agent's calendar
  • Weekly report: who answered, how fast, what converted

Clinics · Spain and UAE

Aesthetic medicine, dentistry, plastic surgery

A patient in London asks about rhinoplasty at eleven at night. Your receptionist replies tomorrow — by then she has booked elsewhere.

  • Answers treatment and price questions from your list
  • No medical advice: those questions go to your doctor
  • Books consultations and reminds patients about them
  • GDPR-minded: minimal data, EU servers, deletion on request

Worth knowing

The lines the assistant will not cross

What it does

  • Answers strictly from material you approved
  • Says "let me check with the team" when it does not know
  • Runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API
  • Shows you every conversation in full

What it never does

  • No medical, legal or tax advice
  • No promised outcomes, no invented availability
  • No medical details stored on the customer card
  • No messages to people who asked it to stop

Straight about the competition

Meta now ships a free AI of its own. Here is where the line falls

Since June 2026 Meta gives any business an AI agent inside WhatsApp: it answers questions, books appointments, even qualifies. If that is all you need, take it. We do the part it does not.

Meta’s built-in agent

  • Answers on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger
  • Books appointments and asks questions
  • Works only on Meta’s own surfaces
  • Cannot write to your CRM on the free tier
  • Its rules are a black box — nothing to show a regulator
  • The owner gets no reporting at all

SmartLead

  • Answers there too — plus calls and portals Meta will never reach
  • Medical, tax and visa limits written into the code and covered by tests
  • Delivers the lead to your CRM with budget, area and timeline
  • Every answer shows which of your articles it came from
  • A Monday email to the owner: what was caught overnight and what it is worth
  • Your number, your Meta account, your data

Live demo

A qualified conversation is one where the assistant got to the point and handed the person on. Idle chat does not count. Past the allowance it is $0.90 each and nothing switches off — cutting a customer off mid-sentence costs you more than the overage. Network from $1,200 for multi-branch. The first month is a pilot you can stop with one message.

What owners ask

Straight answers, no asterisks

Meta has shipped a free AI agent since June. Why pay you?

If all you need is answering questions on WhatsApp, take it — it is free, and we will say so to your face. We matter where it stops: medical, tax and visa limits you can show a regulator; a lead that actually lands in your CRM with budget and area; the source shown under every answer the bot gives; a Monday email to the owner. Plus the channels Meta will never cover — phone calls, and portals like Bayut.

Will it start inventing prices?

No. The assistant answers only from the material you upload: your price list, your listings, your terms. If the answer is not there, it says it will check with the team and hands the conversation to a manager. For the first month we read the conversations ourselves and fix the knowledge base.

We are a clinic. What about GDPR and medical questions?

The assistant gives no medical advice and stores no medical details — those questions are moved to a consultation with your doctor. Data sits on EU servers, we sign a data processing agreement, and any patient can ask to be deleted.

Which languages does it speak?

English, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, German, French, Hindi and more. The language is detected from the customer's first message, voice notes included.

What happens when a human is needed?

Your managers get a WhatsApp alert. Anyone can take the conversation over from a phone — the assistant goes quiet immediately and stays out until you hand it back. If nobody replies within fifteen minutes, we notify the owner.

Could our number get banned? Is this allowed?

We use Meta's official WhatsApp Business API — the same infrastructure banks and airlines use. No grey-market mods, no blasts: the assistant answers inbound messages, it does not write first.

How long does setup take?

Seven days from agreement, usually less. All we need from you is a price list and the questions customers usually ask. Number connection, knowledge base, calendar, CRM — we handle those, plus a half-hour handover to your team.

And if it does not work out?

The first month is a pilot: you stop it with one message, we switch the assistant off and hand over an export of every lead it collected.

What if we already have a CRM?

Nothing to migrate. Leads flow into your system through Zapier or Make — that covers Bitrix24, Salesforce, amoCRM and almost everything else. Where no integration exists, we export a spreadsheet.

Next step

Let us load your price list
into it on the call

Twenty minutes: we connect a demo number, load your real material, and you play the most awkward customer you can. If that does not convince you, nothing will.
